What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cashier checks.

How do you process payments?
For Online orders:
Your card will be authorized at the time you order and then charged when we ship your order.
For Phone Orders:
Your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.
For payments by check or Money order:
Checks: We will process your order after funds have cleared (2-3 weeks). We recommend Certified payment or Money orders which are processed immediately.

How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are custom made. Your order will ship within 2 to 3 weeks. If there is a delay for any reason we will contact you via email or phone.

How long does it take to have a processed order shipped?
Shipping within the continental United States can take up to 7 business days.  Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska can take up to 2 weeks. We ship via UPS ground.  

Will you contact me when my order is ready to be shipped?
We will contact you via email when an order is ready to be shipped out.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free within the continental United States. (Hawaii, Alaska and International orders are excluded. Please call us for a quote). Shipping is available Monday through Friday. No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you require next day air / 2nd day air or Weekend delivery, you will be required to pay the difference from ground charges.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final.

Does the price shown include framing?
Yes it does. Each print will be framed in a beautiful wooden floater frame. All our print will arrive “Completely Ready to Hang” All hardware is included; the only thing you need is a hammer!!!
